Introduction

5. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

47c77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure, and may delay or prevent the processing of pending withdrawals.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 47c77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment terms apply to all registered users.

47c77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or in circumstances where fraudulent activity is suspected. Users will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request and provided with the reason and expected resolution timeline.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 47c77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

1. Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
2. Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a third-party identity.
3. Using bots, automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
4. Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws.
5. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any point during the use of the Platform.
6. Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the relevant account may be closed.

47c77 employs ongoing transaction monitoring and game-play analysis to identify prohibited activity. Suspected violations will be investigated, and 47c77 may withhold account balances pending investigation outcomes. Users under investigation retain the right to respond to any findings communicated to them in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 47c77 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of 47c77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 47c77. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 47c77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. 47c77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 47c77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

47c77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 47c77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or game results displayed, or the availability of specific games or betting markets at any given time.

Amendments and Governing Law

47c77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform message at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 47c77 is licensed to operate. Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
